Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

This policy explains how "Kori POS" uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can manage your preferences.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential to the operation of the service and cannot be disabled. They do not require your consent.

Session / authentication
Keeps your connection secure and protects against request forgery.
Refresh token
Renews your session securely (token rotation).
Language (locale)
Remembers your chosen display language.
Theme
Remembers your light or dark display preference.
Cookie consent
Records your cookie choices so we do not ask again.
Offline cache (PWA)
Local storage allowing the register to work offline.
Audience measurement refusal
Records your refusal so the measurement tool stops sending, including after a withdrawal of consent.

Analytics and third-party cookies

"Kori POS" uses no advertising cookies. For audience measurement, the site relies on Umami (Umami Software, Inc.), which counts page views to help us improve the service. The Umami script is loaded by default on public pages, without waiting for any action from you: it sets no cookie and keeps no identifier on your device. You may decline this measurement from the banner, or at any time from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Measurement is then disabled and no further data is transmitted: if the script had already loaded during your visit, it stays in the page but immediately stops sending anything, and it is no longer loaded on your later visits.

Managing your preferences

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies, or customise your choices by category. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may, however, prevent the service from working properly.
