POS software for shops in Benin
Counter sales, search by name or SKU, items sold in several sizes, Mobile Money, and a DGI normalized invoice in the same move. Kori POS is the register app built for Beninese shops — built for the counter, not adapted from a dining room.
The counter is a trade
Find the item, ring it up, move to the next: at the counter, everything happens in passing. Search accepts the name or the SKU, an item sold in several sizes gets one record per size with its own price and cost, and a started sale waits while you serve the next customer.
Take payment the way people pay here
Cash, MTN MoMo, Moov Money, Celtiis Cash, Coris Money, card or transfer: the method stays attached to the sale, and you add your own. Network down, the sale is captured on the device and leaves once when it returns. The register opens on its float and closes on the counted amount, variance included.
The normalized invoice, even on a small sale
In Benin, every sale to a customer must produce a normalized invoice: the amount changes nothing. Kori POS sends the sale to the DGI, prints the QR code and MCF code, and keeps the Z-Report ready for the auditor. An invoice reprints from the sales history.
No tables, no kitchen, no bar — and nothing missing
Those screens serve a restaurant’s dining room and production: a shop does not see them, and no plan sells them to a shop. What you buy here serves the counter: stock, customers and sales statistics from Essential, staff in Premium. Discovery is enough to sell compliantly; its ceilings are in the pricing table.
